About the author:
Art Bernstein lives in Grant's Pass, Oregon and has
scouted the Oregon outdoors for over 30 years. In addition to
writing and publishing 12 guidebooks, he holds a Master's degree in
Forestry and has worked as a county forester, national park ranger, and
as a community college instructor.
