Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are NOT normally available until at least 5:30 p.m. Central Time on the evening of the day the order ships.

Be sure to enter the Billing Address Zip Code exactly as you did on the order.  If you used a Zip+4 on the original order you will need to enter the exact same ZIP+4 to track the order.  If you just used a 5 digit Zip Code to place the order then use only the 5 digit Zip Code to track the order.

Please note that for Priority Mail the Postal Service website normally provides only confirmation of accepting the shipment and of delivering it.  They do not normally provide any information in between.

A shipping confirmation email will also be sent with a tracking/confirmation number and the website address where you can check on your order.  This email will be sent late the evening your order ships and will be sent to the email address you provide on the order form.

If you cannot track your order and did not receive the shipping confirmation, just email us with your order number and we will reply with the tracking/confirmation number and the website address where you can check on your order.

If you don't have your order number, email us with the Billing Name along with the Date the order was placed and we will try to locate the order for you.
